Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit and Sunbit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our financial coordinator, Athena, is happy to assist with any insurance or billing questions you may have.

Insurance Plans

Our office in Nashville is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid as per the contract agreement.

We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider and part of the Maverest Dental Network. We also work with most other insurance companies and will do our best to file your claim for you. You will be responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance policy. As a service to our patients, we bill insurance companies directly for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to help.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you may receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Since policies vary, we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. Please have your insurance information available when scheduling your first appointment so we can verify your benefits and help minimize your out-of-pocket costs. Be sure to bring your insurance card and information to your consultation appointment.
